Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We know plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your laundry pickup or drop-off, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations/Changes with 24+ Hours' Notice: Completely free. We will happily reschedule your slot or refund your deposit. Late Cancellations/Changes (Less than 24 Hours' Notice): Subject to a $15 late fee to cover our scheduled driver and processing routes. Missed Pickups ("No-Show"): If our driver arrives and your laundry is not out, or if you miss your scheduled drop-off window without notice, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.
