TERMS OF SERVICE: CASTLE PINES WASH & FOLD LLC

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the wash, dry, and fold services offered by Castle Pines Wash & Fold LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting your laundry to us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Standard Process: We provide standard commercial laundering consisting of washing with water, tumble-drying with heat, and folding.
Bulk Processing: Garments are processed collectively by weight or bag volume, not via an itemized, piece-by-piece inventory.
Bulk Mixing: All clothes in your designated order bag are washed together unless you explicitly separate them and pay any applicable split-load fees.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Pockets
Pocket Inspections: You must inspect all garments and empty all pockets prior to handing them over.
Hazardous Items: You agree not to include items that can melt or cause damage (e.g., ink pens, markers, crayons, lip balms, lighters, chewing gum, or electronics).
Contaminants: You must completely omit any heavily soiled items contaminated with hazardous materials, biohazards, or bodily fluids.
3. Garment Care & Inherent Risks
Water & Heat Suitability: By submitting items, you warrant that all garments are suitable for standard machine washing in water and mechanical tumble-drying.
Exclusions: Do not include "dry-clean only," "hand wash only," or "line dry" garments in your wash and fold order.
Normal Wear & Tear: We are not liable for normal wash fatigue, including minor fading, bleeding colors, shrinkage, pilling, loose threads, or missing buttons.
Pre-existing Damage: We assume zero liability for garments with pre-existing tears, degradation, or manufacturer defects.
4. Limitation of Liability & Reimbursement Caps
No Pocket Damage Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused to your clothes by objects left inside pockets.
Unclaimed Items: We are not liable for personal property (e.g., cash, jewelry) left in pockets or laundry bags.
Maximum Financial Cap: In the unlikely event of verified garment loss or severe damage caused directly by our negligence, our maximum liability is strictly limited to $200 per order OR 10 times the wash cost of processing the individual item, whichever is lower.
No Replacement Cost: We do not offer full retail replacement value for used clothing items, instead we offer Actual Cash Value.
5. Claims, Pickups, & Deliveries
48 Hour Window: Any claim regarding missing or damaged items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Failure to report within this window constitutes a total waiver of the claim.
Unattended Drop-offs: If using a pickup/delivery service, we are not responsible for theft, weather damage, or loss of bags left unattended on porches, in hallways, or at designated drop zones before pickup or after delivery.
Abandoned Property: Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the scheduled ready date will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.
6. Pricing, Minimum Weights, & Payments
Minimum Charges: Standard orders are subject to a minimum weight charge of 20 pounds. Orders under this weight threshold will be billed at the flat minimum rate.
Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your linked payment card automatically upon the completion of weighing and processing your order. All sales are final.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
